Youth Paradise :): 压力---却又很期待 31/12/10

再过两天,又是开学的时候了
我真的很不想这么快开学,不是因为我懒而是觉得很有压力
一开学,就进入高中五..时间如流水飞逝,真的过得很快
真所谓：“光阴似箭，岁月如酸”
回想起,那时天真的我才刚考完小六鉴定考试
就上了初中一,而现在呢?
是进入高中五的时刻了..在这一年,我们即将面对人生中最重要却仅只有一次的考试---SPM(Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia)
真的很害怕这考试.正常的人大都会在5,6月的时候在感觉到这种气氛
可是反常的我,却在今天已经开始害怕了..
我知道啊,害怕也是于事无补,即使在害怕,还是的坦然的面对,接受这如此残酷的事实
无可否认,事实就是如此的残酷
唯有在新的新一年.更加倍努力.这就是唯一我能办到的.
烦烦烦..这都只是我一厢情愿的想法
昨天去popular看以一本书..有所领悟..
犹记得,里面的一些内容:“想法是不可靠的,因为想法常会扭曲事实,它本身就是问题的根源 ”!
这一句话真让我有所领悟..怎么说呢?
就像我啊..再烦就开学了.我会怎样怎样之类的.
而快开学了（这就是事实）我很害怕,到底应付得来吗等等一大堆的问题(这就是想法)
其实只要分辨事实,看清想法..那问题就不存在啦!
再举个例子:
今天我跟男朋友分手（事实）因为他不再爱我了,他看到比我漂亮的女人(想法)
其实分手也不见得是件坏事啊..是谁说分手一定要伤心,颓丧的..?
换个角度去想,分手后可以从中吸取经验..那不就开心多了吗?
这就是我领悟的事情啦!

期待....
到底在期待什么啊?哈哈..
那就是我们在过年期间要去的地方咯..
每年都是去Port Dickson..可是是不同的地方啦..
而今年的是在Pahang 的Bukit Gambang..哈哈..
看似好玩,可是不晓得届时真的有如此好玩?
风景真有如此漂亮?还是这都是所谓的“如此，如此,这般，这般？”
